A: Please arrive to your appointment showered and dressed in clean, loose fitting clothing. If you are receiving a Pimalai Thai Signature massage or Thai Combo Massage, loose fitting clothing is important for proper mobility during your session.
Q: Can I share my preferences with my therapist?
A: Yes, we highly encourage you to share your preferences with your therapist so we can fully customize your treatment for the best experience.
Q: What service should I book?
A: Decide what your goal is for your treatment and book accordingly. If you need assistance in choosing the best treatment for you, do not hesitate to call us, we will make suggestions based on your goal.
Q: How early should I arrive?
A: Please arrive 10-15 mins prior to your scheduled appointment.
Q: How much should I tip?
A: Tips are not required but highly appreciated. As a general guideline, 20%-30% is the most common.
Q: Can I reschedule my appointment?
A: Yes, we understand the unexpected happens. Please contact us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to reschedule or cancel. In case of emergency, contact us as soon as possible to avoid being considered a no call/no show and getting charged for the full service.
Q: What is your deposit policy?
A: We do not require a deposit to schedule your appointment however we do ask for a debit or credit card on file to secure your appointment. In case of no call/no show, your card will be charged for the scheduled treatment in full.
Q: What is your late appointment policy?
A: We strive to ensure each client receives their full scheduled session. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other appointments, and you will be charged for the full scheduled time.

A: Please note, we do not offer refunds unless we don’t uphold to our Golden Promise.
